Commercial window cleaning
Solar panel cleaning

Service availability may vary based on weather, safety conditions, and scheduling.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may change if:

The scope of work differs from the original request
Additional buildup, dirt, or access challenges are found
Extra services are requested on-site

We will communicate any pricing changes before completing additional work.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

All services must be scheduled in advance
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations may result in a service fee
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions

Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas, including:

Removing obstacles near windows or gutters
Securing pets
Ensuring gates or entry points are accessible

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

We accept approved payment methods discussed during booking

Late payments may be subject to additional fees

Property Conditions & Liability

We take care to provide quality service; however:

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, screens, seals, or frames
We are not liable for leaks caused by existing structural or seal issues
Hard water stains or permanent glass damage may not be fully removable
